    I don't recall off the top of my head, at work. But 2.5in sounds right, it's as high as you can go, the steering Rack limits how for you go

    Are you going to cut the factory manifolds and weld vbands onto them?

    Have you looked into treadstone intercoolers?

    cold side is all ready to go, all 3" piping.

    I am so surprised that the safety police haven't cried about compromising safety, crumple zones, and cracking B.S.!

    I've yet to see any Ford guy weld stainless v bands to cast iron manifolds.
    OP: you need cobra or Mach exhaust manifolds

    I have stainless v bands welded to mine, I used a high Nickel content rod, pre/heat and slow cooling is key,
    They turned out decent, of course we all know the real test
