    Winter is a-comin'

Did all my fellow Buckeye Marauders get their cars put away (provided you're lucky enough to have a winter beater)? Got some big snow coming this week...

I've got the Marauder tucked in the garage on steelies for the winter with a fresh, yet sloppy, coat of wax on it. As a bit of extra insurance this year, I put a light application of Fluid Film on the undercarriage, just in case the garage takes on moisture. The battery was pulled and is in the house until 2018.

No more daylight for this car in 2017.

Been parked since they sprayed salt on the road a couple weeks ago. Still need to move it into the corner.

I️ almost miss my old steelies after seeing that pic Adam!

I️ used to take it to work occasionally when I️ had a shop day and it was dry. 1/4 mile long burnouts starting at 80 and them winter tires absolutely refused to wear down.. It kept the adrenaline pumping.

You couldn't pay me enough to live in Hitlerfornia. Every spring is like xmas, it's like a new ride every year. Yes, it sucks to put them away but it honestly isn't that bad a deal.

Yes, put it away last week after a good cleaning. Wanted to drive it a few days with MO's tune before parking it. Now to get the rears widened while parked.
    Have a Merry Christmas,

Took mine to work today, roads dry, but was concerned there may have been salt dust. I'm trying to enjoy to the very end.

For sure a garage is a beautiful thing! I'm exposed to the elements 24/7 contemplating a Covercraft Noah and maybe Plasti-Dip the wheels. Whatever, main thing is...stay blessed and keep it movin'

Nope. I drive it all the time.

It's got 215K on it and going strong. No reason to stop now.

Although I probably won't drive it much when the weather is really bad. I've got a beater focus wagon for that.
