March issue of CARCRAFT has article on inside tour of our Factory

I was lucky enough to make the tour of the factory before it was supposedly closing, hosted by CVN. And I was in the tour with the photographer and I got my big self in one of the shots wearing my '09 MM.net Carlisle tee.

It's a short two pager with another two page spread of a panther chassis being mated with the body. It's a condensed version of what we saw on our tour and I urge anyone wanting to see where our cars were born one last time before it's gone to make the trip with CVN. It's like a grown man's Santa's workshop and an unforgettable tour that I'll never forget it!

IIRC a lot of folks that may have considered going last year were torn between STAP and Carlisle. Many chose Carlisle because A) lot of cars and obviously a good time, B) it was the first year that MM.net got its own class or whatever.

Indeed, but I made both and have pic to prove it! Really ate through the vacation budget though. But it was a Hell of a summer!

I'm going to Bristol TN for the NASCAR race in March, Niagara Falls in April or May, and STAP in June. Vacation budget? We don't need no stinkin' vacation budget! (though a winning lotto ticket might help matters...)
