I'm sure it was bittersweet. I've been there.
You "feel" the difference because you want to "feel" the difference. Since you just spent money on the upgrade you "have" to feel the difference

I'm looking to eliminate the double pump process I have to follow right now to get the pedal hard

2003 300A Procharger #0017 D1SC (SOLD. Last I heard, it was in Washington State)

    Oh...I'm not going anywhere!

I'm now budgeting for a Gen3 Coyote/6 speed swap into my long neglected '85 GT.
I figure 500 RWHP* N/A and banging gears at 7,500 rpm in a 3100 lb Fox body should help me get over the sale of the Marauder.

I'm going to nickname my project:
" The Tin Can Coyote "

    * FRPP is now offering the 460 HP Gen3 Coyote as a crate motor for under $8,000!
With LT headers and a tune they are dynoing at 500 HP to the rollers....
I'm loving how FORD sandbagged the rating on these new Coyotes.

Let my daughter take it to work this morning. It was awesome listening to it start up and watching it take off from outside the car.

Afraid my daughter's 'lead foot' would get her in trouble if she was given free reign with my cars.

Gave my Marauder a break for the current trip and drove to Florida in my Mustang. Brand new tires really make a difference.

Sister and brother in law weren't answering their phone (typical) - police performed a 'welfare check' and reported back the house appeared to be empty. I arrive to find a dilapidated house that's been empty for an extended period. Neighbors have no idea where they went. Check with the city property tax/appraisal office and find some very troubling records. Due to many extenuating circumstances local LE is now involved (elderly couple with many medical issues). And when I thought it couldn't get worse...

Ex-wife passed unexpectedly last month and mother in law passed away recently after a lengthy illness - her funeral is today in SC - will have to miss it regrettably.

I had an '85 GT. Last year carbureted. Was fun. 500rwhp in that - wow.

Drove my Marauder to work like every other day. Have to swap out the front license bracket. Think I need the rivets.

Cleaned it for the first time in awhile, need to stay on top of it now...although winter hibernation is a month or so away sadly.

But I bought it on Monday!!

Today I ordered a JLT CAI and oil catch can and got my Texas plates.

My tune at HPP racing is set for January 8th unless someone falls out before then.

Other than that, I'm just waiting on the weather to clear up so I can detail her.

Those are some good shots, a beginning and an ending all at once. I'd say now you have free space for that Coyote swap!
