    Crown Vic lx sport

Looking for a clean cvlx sport. Rust is a deal breaker. I’m in the metro Detroit area but open to out of state purchase for the right price. Cash in hand. Email me with specs. Mileage, how many owners, clean Carfax or accidents, pictures, issues and any other details a buyer would ask. My email is johnnyjk56@gmail.com

Dude....need your mileage hopes and price dreams. Are you looking for a bear showroom 30,000 mile car for $11,000 or a 120,000 miles four owner sled for $4000?

Lmao @ sled- ok I’m looking for a super clean sled lol

Well I use to own one years ago but I’ve always kept my eye on the market, normally checking out Craigslist. There haven’t been many that have been listed but I did come across one about a year ago. I think it had about 120k miles, burgundy and it looked super clean from the pics. No rust and he was asking 5,500. Can’t remember the year but I believe it was an 04. Only thing was that I was in the market for an suv at the time so I picked up a Tahoe. Looking back I wish I would have bought both. Anyways hoping I can come across something similar in condition and price although I can spend more if i think it’s worth it

Looks awesome, and theMatadore Red is a great color! Lexus brought this color back this year as a "special color" for a significant up charge... Same exact color!

I am NOT a red car guy (unless Italian) and I've grown to really like this color.

Car in add has no side moundings... Is that a thing?

That wouldn't have been a factory option, as the rear doors have those holes in them underneath the molding strip. Perhaps an enthusiast owned the car and paid for the paint work as a matter of preference...or perhaps it was in a collision. Who knows.

I too thought it may have been in a accident when I noticed the driver & rear passenger door molding didn't line up.

NXSBOB - I like it without the moldings.
IDK ... Without them there's no continuity between the front bumper fascia molding and that of the rear bumper fascia molding.

I currently have an 04 marauder. Owned it for about 6 months now. I like it a lot. Almost love it but not quite. Would it be stupid for me to sell the marauder and to buy a cvlx sport for almost the same price? The marauder has 114k miles. It is a beautiful car to me but I work just about everyday and don’t want to put a ton of miles on it. It’s not my daily driver. I daily drive an 04 Tahoe z71 which is a gas guzzler but it is what it is. I work a 60 mile round trip. I figured if I get a cvlx sport I would daily drive it more than the marauder for sure and alternate between that and the Tahoe. I have my marinade listed on Detroit Craigslist but not sure if even want to make the move to sell it to look for a cvlxs. Here is my ad. I’m starting to get some inquiries on it. Any thoughts to help make a decision would be appreciated. I know one con for the marauder is it takes premium compared to the Vic. Is the marauder as reliable of a car as the Vic? I’m getting offers of around 8 grand on the marauder but just don’t know if I want to part with it because in might regret it

The Crown Vic Sport is a nice car.

The Marauder is a nice MACHINE.

I'd say they are the same in terms of reliability. I was driving my Marauder today, and I noticed how much smoother and willingness to rev the 4V is. Don't get me wrong I love the 4.6 2V too, but it is not the same. In terms of value, the CV Sport is just a CV to 99% of the buyers out there, I actually prefer column shift due to more leg room.

Premium vs regular gas- so what. Get a used fiesta if you are concerned about commuting costs. I rented one down in Orlando a week ago - Great little buzz bomb! I got 36 mpg flying in it.
