Thread: Bushings - 2003 Police Package Lower Control Arm Rear Bushings

    If you buy them from Rock Auto, and are installing them yourself, make sure the stud/nut on the rear bushing are loose. Otherwise : you are fighting the bushing/twist while you get the mounting bolts back in. Cheapo one I bought had the bushing stud/nut tight. Better one I bought came with it loose and I torqued it after the install.

    I must have the 'stealth' option on my MM, but I do have one of those showing on the back of my Crown Vic. I do have a tendency to intercept speed traps a lot.
