a question about the drivers seat....

on my durango, I can go up and down, tilt back and forth. Its pretty easy to get a comfortable driving position.

And on the 96 impala......the seat goes all over the place, so you can get it just right.

But on the MM, I get to work and my butt is aching. I can get the seat to go back and forth........and it tilts back and forward to the point that I feel like I am going to slide off, but I cant get the chair to go straight up...........I want to be higher so my legs are bent like in the truck. I realize I wont be able to get the same position, but does it sound like my chair is having issues since it only tilts either up or down, but not straight up.

    Thanks,

oh yeah, and my sub sucks..........it rattles.
and does anyone have an idea what the spoiler and the truck organizer costs.

and does the club have connections at any dealer parts depts yet. The durangoclub has a guy at a dealer that gets us parts at 10% over cost. Its saves a lot.

I don't think these seats go straight up and down.

I wish the driver's seat had a straight up and down adjustment, too.

I'm 6'4", 200 lbs. and would like to be able to raise it as well...

Move the front most of the way up...then move the back most of the way up...

The seat does sort of raise that way.

the front goes up, and the back goes up. If you make both the back and front go up, the seat is up. Maybe I don't understand the question.

I played with the seat's setting on the way home this morn...if you push or pull both the front of the seat and the back of the seat tilt adjustments simultaneously then the seat will rise vertically. In other words, with your left forefinger and thumb grab the bottom of the seat adjustment at each end and pull upward with equal pressure back to fore the seat will rise.

MonsterD - Welcome to the site. Enjoy your new ride. Although the seats don't have a memory they are 8 way adjustable. You should be able to adjust to your liking.
