    300A or 300B Traction Control

Hey all. I am pretty sure I have a 300A, but my question is, do the 300A's have traction control as well? I have not seen a light on the dash that would indicate that and I have gotten her pretty lose in some corners, so just checking to see. I am planning on putting on 255/45 18 in the front and 275/45 18 in the rear, and just want to make sure I DO NOT have traction control.

Any help is appreciated as always. Thanks.

If you have traction control there will be a traction control on/off switch to the right of the pedal adjustment switch

If you have a 2003 and there is no traction control switch next to the adjustable pedal switch, you have a 300A. All 2004s have traction control.

Okay. Thanks. I do not have traction control then. So running a rear tire that is only 27.7 inches tall should not present a problem. I am keeping the front at 27 inches to keep the ABS in check. Found some Continental matches in the sizes posted and wanted to give them a try. Am sick of the BFG's and the Goodyears. Need something a little stickier and that will last more than 12 months.

Tire size won't have any effect on the ABS.

The 285/50 rears and 255/45 fronts I ran on my 03 the ABS would gently kick on at speeds above 120.

I've never quite gotten a straight answer from anyone if it was the tires or not as I want to run a 18x10 rear wheel and 285/40/18 rear.
