Is it worth replacing the CC's with high flow High-Performance converters.

    Or

    is it worth removing them?

That would be a no- no to take em off. I believe they have a heafty fine. You'll have to check with sec of state as to the high performance ones, but I believe if they are approved for Calif. they will be alright.

You can get Hi-Flow Cats. OR... if you're lucky and no one checks, you can just plain cut 'em off and replace the O2 sensors with emmulators...
