My passenger side needs to be replaced, would look best to go with both new, want OEM. Anybody have a full set they're looking to sell?

    Thanks,

Dpotter, if it's just clouded or surface scratched you might check out some of
the various "Headlight Doctors" in the area. They seem to specialize
in refinishing them. That's got to be a lot cheaper than new ones.

It's a matter of heavy condensation in the passenger side headlight. I should be able to get away with just replacing the passenger side since the drivers side looks really good for its age but I won't know until I get the new one installed...

I can get new at cost so I'll go that route if needed. I've bought new on several occasions just to see a post here a week later for the same exact thing at a considerable savings so I'm starting here this time!

I just looked into this, I'm in Toronto. Headlamp + shipping = about $100 US. Either you save with free shipping on a pricey headlamp, or you find a good price on a headlamp but the shipping is very high.
I ended up buying used from ebay, and getting it shipped to a place near the border on the US side. Costs an extra $5 or so for the service, plus a drive over, but still less $$ than shipping directly to Toronto.
I used a place in Niagara Falls, NY, which I found from http://www.redflagdeals.com/forums/s...ad.php?t=20166. There should be a similar service in your neck of the woods.

Are you talking whole head lamp assembly or just the lights............if lights only go with Silverstars....they are very bright white and you can do it very easily.........otherwise. then check out the assembly's mentioned earlier---like Rock auto--they are good--have gotten stuff from them and they are reliable.........

No need to replace headlamp assembly for condensation if you put the headlamp in the oven at about 200 degrees for 15 min on a cookie sheet. This will soften the glue that holds lens to the headlamp so it can be removed. You may have to do this a few times to work the lens off. Once off get a headlamp restoring kit(can be found a most auto parts stores) and clean both sides of the lens. Clean the the inside of headlamp with glass cleaner and a lint free rag. When done place housing back in oven for the same process to soften glue left on housing. Remove from oven using the silicone sealant run a bead along edge the housing and place lens back on the housing and let set. If done right this will stop the condensation and your headlamps should look like new
