Last Thursday night my wife fell and broke her ankle. After surgery and a short stay in the hospital she's back home. She's been told by her Dr. No weight what so ever on that leg for 6 weeks. This little event has not deterred us at all. We will see y'all on the 26th for a great time.

We have wheelchairs and pushers for sure...glad she is OK!!!!!

Sorry to hear this. Happened to my Mom Dec 1st. She is walking now. Wishing your wife a speedy recovery!

The good news in this is we upgraded to a handicap room.

But seriously I never realized how much I depended on her. With in a week I'm going to be naked and hungry. She does all the behind the scenes things that lets me go about my day with ease. I don't even know how to run the washer and dryer. I can fix them when they don't work right but d@m if know how to run them. Well I guess what I'm trying to say is I love, I need her, and I'm going to get her better and keep her around a long time.

Yes. My father realized the same and stepped up to take care of Mom. They suggested assisted living he said hell to the no. Much respect. We all do not realize how much we tend to rely on other people until something changes. It was tough for our family but Mom is back driving at walking. Cannot wait to see you guys! Take care of her!
