I don't think this is real. If it is, it is very cool with the color change technology. However, how do the tire stripes change color as well?

That thing is FUGLY. Color won't help it.
Not a real car. It's a concept for the Gran Turismo "simulator". They don't like when you call it a game. Car isn't changing color. It's all lighting. That's why people's hair and clothes are changing too.
