Has anyone ever replaced Procharger seals on their own

Mine has a minor leak but I don't think it's coming from the shaft seal. I pulled it and took a look but doesn't appear to be coming from the shaft seal. Any ideas? Just checked here before I called ATI for a quote. Thanks in advance

Well he said approx 20k miles ago. That's a lot of miles actually. It's not leaking bad as it shows no real loss of oil. I just want it right. Other than the main shaft seal, what other seals are they? When I had my old Vortech, I pulled it apart and wasn't much to it as far as seals. My bearing were just shot and got caught up in a gear

Double check the gasket/o-ring on the drain screw. That will leak if not seated properly.

My procharger has always seeped a bit since brand new. I check it's oil but it's always full. I replaced the drain screw gasket but still gets wet.

ProChargers "weep" about 50% of the time per ProCharger!!

It doesn't hurt a thing and rebuild doesn't stop it.......I've had 2 rebuilds and a brand new blower head in 167K miles......ALL leaked a little.....messy but hurts nothing!!

Marty, do you guys do complete rebuilds and if so how about impeller balancing??

I was told that ProCharger bearings are proprietary and only available from ProCharger....true??

We do not have the ability to rebalance impellers. That is a job best left to Procharger.
