Wider Wheels
Yes I know this has been discussed multiple times, each was for a specific instance, Yes I have read motowns post, and all the other ones. Im looking for preferably either 18x10 all around, or 18x9 up front and 18x10 rear. Im willing to add a spacer, I'm fine with the tires sticking out a small amount. My concern is people have different opinions, some say they rub with 18x10 rear, some say they don't. I DONT want the tires to rub at all, under any instance, I just don't want to deal with it. Please give specific specs, Wheel size, offset, tire combination, etc. Thank you. I appreciate all the info.

I don't know what style you're really looking for, but I ran GT500 wheels for a while. 18x9.5 all around with a 255/45 up front & 285/40 in back. Could've gone wider, but I didn't care much at the time. GT500s come in other styles & sizes, namely 19x9.5 & 20x9.5

Running 295/45's on widened rears. No problems at all.

No spacers and I believe they are 10" wide.

For the rear an 18x10 with a +40 thru +50 offset would work good. The higher the offset number the more it will pull the wheel in. You want a max BS of about 7.5" I wouldn't go more than 7.75" BS.
For the front I don't know. This website gives you a good visual of offset changes and different tire sizes. willtheyfit.com For the rear "I" think this size wheel fits perfect. 18x10.5 with a +48 offset. If you punch that info into the existing setup field then you can play with different wheel sizes you find to see where they sit. And a good tire size to input is 295 45 18 for a 10" wheel. Some visuals of the 10.5 wheel with a 10.5 slick [IMG] ![]() [IMG] ![]()

Typically folks do 1.5 inch wider so it doesnt rub.
You know this, but i would have thought you had 18x9.5 ![]()

Widths vary by MFG.
The Nitto NT05R DRAG 305/45R18 rub. The MT 3786R P305/45R18 ET Street Radials didn't rub. https://www.mercurymarauder.net/foru...d.php?t=105200

Does the offset of the wheels have to change from stock when using 18x9.5 rims.

Race star advertises it at 7.63

I probably misread your question. A non stock wheel in 9.5" width with the stock offset of +50mm would fit well.
