    trans cooler

Iam going to install a trans cooler rated at 13,000 btu -19,000 gvw. does any one know the rating of to origional cooler? would it add extra cooling if i connected them in series, and if i did would the extra cooling be necessary?

    thanks for any advice

You would get extra cooling by putting them in series, but the factory cooler is enough for a stock vehicle. I don't know what the rating is, but compare them in size.

Also, make sure you got a stacked plate cooler. Fin and tube design coolers don't work nearly as well.
