My 200K+ marauder needs a center console arm rest, new drivers and passengers arm rests, and seat foams.
It doesn't appear there are any sources for these parts, and they appear to be obsolete by Ford.
The center console arm rest is starting to wear through and has micro-cracks in it.
The door panel arm rests are delaminating from the foam beneath and starting to lift/pucker away from the door panel.
The drivers seat foam was dead 50K miles ago, and is bad enough now that I have a pinhole in the cover from a wire/spring below. I really don't want to replace the seats with aftermarket, but rebuild options are seemingly limited.
Does anyone have sources for new replacements for any of this?
Any competent upholstery shop can make new covers. Be prepared to spend $$$$$$$$$$$$$$.

Covers are good. It's the foams that I need. They're so far gone, there's no "rebuilding" possible unless you start with a block of foam and start a sculpting project.

The foam can be replaced or added to. Others have done it.

I found a CV sport in the junk yard.
Used the seat frame and cushion.
Replaced the leather seat top only ($125 Separate charge)
They used all my internals and put the seat back together.
Total labor was $195.
Works perfectly.
For the Center console door, you can easily re-cover it for $60 or less.
I found several in the junk yard as I crack them often(getting into car).
That same day I found the seat, there was another car there. Found the complete unit in the back seat. I just have to re-cover it. I also have just a console cover that has the same cracks as yours that needs recovering.
Also took out the entire console from the car that had the seat (missing console cover) It's in perfect condition. Only have to change the surround bezel and shifter (both are chrome).
Most everyone's door panels are separated. I saw one post how to glue and fix them.
I haven't bothered to repair mine.
I experimented with one arm rest and glued the cover back down to the foam using urethane adhesive. The bond was strong and flexible, but the foam simply failed again and separated. The foam needs to be replaced; it's turning to powder. It appears the only solution to this is to make a mold and pour my own 2-part foam, or turn this into a sculpting project, buy block foam, and start carving.

I think I've decided to go with 2018 MKZ or Town Car seats. A preliminary look has revealed that they should be a near bolt-in and should also be electrically compatible with the marauders door controls and wiring/circuits available under the seat. There will need to be an adapter harness, but it appears to be doable.

airbag sensors from marauder seats will need switched to whatever you decide will fit.
